True Poker Deposit Bonus

Yeah anyways, i bought in on true poker for 250$ for the first time thinking that i would get 50$ deposit bonus. At the time of the buy in i wondered where my extra 50$ was. I messaged the host and he told me i had to be in 500 ranked hands to recieve the bonus. Anyways about 767 raked hands later i inquired about my deposit bonus and then was told to email support, so i did and they replied instantly saying that there was a real money account already logged on my computer. The buddy who got me into online poker had used my computer and another buddy of mine have as well. In response i explained the situation to the support crew and they have yet to respond, and asking the host, who was very polite, explain he didn't have access to the info. The 50$ is money i never had, but was part of the enticement that lured me to true poker. So in closing, i am very disappointed that i have not recieved this bonus =(
