Why is this a beat? And why is this in the Magazine Forum?
And why did you use RDV for cards?

And why didn't your opponent think this was rigged?

1. It's not, he's just an idiot.

2. See #1

3. See #2

4. I'm assuming his friends are idiots solely by association.

A beat for my opponent.

What's wrong with that? Where should it be?

I am using a French deck of cards.

Because he himself cut the cards after I shuffle them.

How were any of your answers relevant? Your opponent was behind from the beginning. Why the hell did you use RDV when you could have just translated into KQJ, and how does cutting the cards after you shuffle them mean it's not rigged? A good mechanic can "force" a cut where he wants them.

A beat for my opponent.

Maybe you should read a book on Poker. My opponent was behind preflop but way ahead after the flop. In fact, anything but a Queen of hearts on turn and he would have won with the boat on the river.

[/ QUOTE ]

Wow, do you even know what a beat is? You're ahead pre-flop, he's slightly ahead on the flop, you're WAY ahead on the turn, and you think it's a beat?

I literally laughed out loud when I read this, and I almost never actually laugh when I read internets, despite spending most of my time at comedy sites.

A+

Please submit an article to next month's magazine; I would love to read it!
