I would tend to think nobody watches MNF because they have been consistentl pitting sub 500 teams against each other. Not because of Al Michaels and Madden.

I think the football game just confuses Madden in the booth. Those two really need to host a half-hour or hour show with some old NFL guys sitting around swapping stories. That would be awesome. Sometimes in a blowout game, a team will score late, and Michaels will say something like "It's not OVER yet, folks!!" and start giggling. Madden is sitting there without a clue, wondering what the f**k is going on. |
