Prima hand histories

How do you go about downloading HH's from Prima sites?

I have an account at Expekt, and if I've understood things correctly I should go to "Menu" --> "Playcheck" and request a download from there, but when I do that I get a login window and an error message saying my login failed and that I need to try again (I am already logged in at Expekt of course).

Entering my Expekt login/password in this window does not work. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong here?
