Default 66 vs. near all-in

Villain in this hand is 40/20 for 25 hands, so take that for what it is (or isn't) worth. Villain is almost all-in. How much should I allow that fact to influence my line? Comments?

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Hero calls, UTG+1 raises, 7 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (5.33 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 3-bets, Hero caps, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (6.66 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, Hero calls.

River: (8.08 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)

Final Pot: 8.08 BB

It basically doesn't matter. Neither of you are folding. There is no poker being played here. It's like he went all in preflop and you called except you don't see each others hands until the river.
