Shootouts are every 3 hours beginning at 10am. The 10 am one is very hard to get into but it slows down as the day goes on. I think you'll have a good shot at getting into the 1:00 pm one if you get there by noon.

Hotel is going to be a bitch I think. Try Pming Grandgnu. He had a room reserved at Two Trees that he's not using and I'm not sure if he cancelled the reservation yet.

What do you mean by this? Every hotel I saw on expedia was like 2, 2.5 stars.
