Well that didn't work. The image has to be stored somewhere so I can use paint shop and go file--->open-->open image or something like that. ?????

when you do print screen it puts it on your clipboard. go to a paint program and just paste it. with ms paint you can just paste straight away, with photoshop create a new image and it will have the default dimensions of whatever is on your clipboard, so just hit ok. after the blank image pops up paste it in there and have your way with it.

Make sure you're holding down the ctrl key when you hit the print screen key. Just hitting the print screen key alone doesn't do anything, at least on my computer.
