Default Poker Table Top Question

Anyone have any thoughts on the best palying surface to put on a home built poker table? I used wool felt for my first cover, BIG mistake! It didn't last three hands before it started to ball up BIGTIME. I want to re-surface and was wondering what has worked for others. Also, if you could inform as to where you purchased it, that would be a big help.

Thx in advance.

Velveteen, speedcloth, Suited Cloth and moleskin are some popular choices. Check out www.scottkeens.com/forum and www.homepokertourney.com for more details.

There are also some forms of denim that work well. But really, all you had to do was use the Search feature. Questions like this get repeatedly asked.
