More mistakes then I can count, also you don't often know when you made a mistake if the hand doesn't go to showdown such as chasing a flush when your opponent had a FH but folding 7th when you brick

Everyone makes mistakes, but experts make far fewer mistakes than non experts.

I can't speak for the experts, but I know that I make my fair share of mistakes.

Beta, playing flawlessly really doesn't mean playing as if you know exactly what your opponents cards are. It simply means making the "correct" play given the information available. It doesn't mean never being bluffed, and always raising when you're ahead.

I understand what you are saying, but I was refering to theoretical mistakes ala the "fundemental theory of poker"
