Default Is this a leak?

i find myself doing this less and less often. It seems like it is a play I should be able to use. THoughts?

With villain's stack size, I wouldn't make this move. He's bet more than 1/3 of his stack, and I don't think he's folding any hand now. You're almost never ahead here, sometimes a coinflip, and sometimes crushed.
