Default AQs vs 3-bet from BB

Absolute 10/20 6-max(5-handed):

I open raise AQ [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] UTG, folded to the BB who 3-bets, & I cap it.

Flop is all rags & the BB leads, I call.
Turn is A, BB checks, I should.. ???

i simply bet, what is the other line to check and raise? if he check when the ace arives i often think it's because he has a high pp and he dont whant to fold it, but once in a while he has improved and checkrasies you.. but i think bet is good here

I bet this. More often than not it is a PP who thinks he is beat but only wants to pay 2 bets to see a showdown.

bet it. He usually has a lower pocket pair that he wants to get to a cheap showdown with or induce a bluff or call. I'm assuming you are scared of a checkraise from AK (12 combos), but there are just too many combos of lower pocket pairs that would check this AND call to justify a check. AK doesn't usually check the A turn but lower pocket pairs do.

Sucks, but I call down. You're losing most of the time though.

Call down. This is a blind battle, and he could easily have a worse A. What was your plan for a non connecting turn card?

Why are you capping AQs here? Just call, you're way behind his range unless he's a complete loon or your PFR is like 25%.
