Default Final Table, 3 handed, A9o from SB

OK, final table of party $30 NL tourney. Down to the last 3 out of 600. I'm in the SB with 152k, BB has 280k, Button has 168k. 5k/10k blinds. I'm dealt A9o.

Button raises to 25k. I reraise to 70k, my thinking being that 25k is an oddball raise, with most preflop raises being 30k. He probably has a monster or nothing. By reraising to 70k, I give him a chance to fold his garbage, and if he reraises me, I can fold and still leave myself with 82k and a fighting chance. Plus I can still get away from an ugly flop. He calls.

Flop is Q73 with two diamonds. I push.

How'd I do?

I like it. It is odd for him just to call in this spot. You have 1/2 of your stack committed to the hand, and you have folding equity on the flop. Check/folding can't be an option here. You did fine.
