Default rake

Has anyone come up with a formula to determine the rake a casino has taken from you, individually, for a given session or group of sessions? Something like

(hands/hour) x (avg rake per pot) x (hours played) x (10%)

I would put the hands per hour on about 30 (?) The 10% represents the number of pots the avg. individual would win on a 10 person table. I know i'm making some pretty big assumptions here, but i'm just looking for a rough estimate.

I'm going to post this in B & M as well.

Any input is appreciated.
