Default online casino gambling affiliate tax question

I am a CasinoBlasters affiliate. CasinoBlasters is an online casino gambling company based in Canada. I am a resident of the United States of America. I get paid 50% of the profits when a player that I refer loses money. Do I have to report any of my earnings to the IRS since 1. I am a US citizen and CasinoBlasters is a Canadian company or 2. The nature of the business is online gambling. Would either of these be reason enough not to have to report my earnings to the IRS?

Thanks much,
Darren

1. Of course you have to report the income.

2. This is the wrong forum to be posting this question in.

if you are a US citizen you are legally suppose to claim any income(even if you are a drug dealer). tax evasion is how they nail most illegal enterprises like the mafia if they cant get them on more substantial crimes(i am not saying being an affilaite is an illegal business).

i suggest you call an accountant because from the wording of your post, you do (as bisonbison says) 'need help'

LOLOL, yeah right......you have to report your earnings, but don't worry, there's an ammedment in there that says the IRS won't give info away to a prosecutor if you pay taxes on illegal stuff.
