I think that you should check/call unless you have to overcall. This is kind of a tough river because you've got two opponents. However, I think that some players would bluff two diamonds here or an Ace even against two players. You would only have to have an opponent bluffing 13% of the time to break even here so I think you could call here. I don't think betting is good because you will not get called 50% of the time here when you're good.

I think the flop is fine. Against 2 opponents I think your line was good. If the turn came a non diamond pip would you bet into UTG? I think I would. (I hope I'm not saying this because I know he checked. I think this is the correct play to hopefully get button to fold if UTG was on a draw. If UTG had a Q or better he will probably raise you and you could safely fold at that point.

Looks good. Nice hand. I hope you caught a bluff on the end.

BTW, if the rags weren't so low on the flop, you could probably value bet this river, but it's very unlikely anyone who called has a 2 or 3. A Q or busted flush draw is much more likely IMO, making a river bet -EV. That is why you want to induce those busted draws to bluff.
