the real problem with this flop is that it is T 8 3 rainbow. Since you raised enough, its not likely somebody has a J9/97 for a straight draw. you arent against a flush draw either. so you are against some hand, unless somebody is planning a delayed bluff on you and thats super unlikely.
The best hand you could be is QQ, and most players at the games buyin you specified would reraise with QQ. so theres really not too much out there you can beat. if the flop had some Q high, you could put somebody on QA, or if it had 2 suit, you could put somebody on a flush draw. but this board is low and ragged. you gotta wonder what you are being called with.
