William Hill Casino Number, Account Suspended

I got my account suspended on William Hill Casino when trying to cash out on neteller. I was told this was mostly unheard of on the cryptos, I hit 4 of them though. Any thoughts on what could be up or what I should do?

Also, is this the right number to dial exactly of William Hill Casino, or do I need some code? I keep getting a busy signal and wondered if it was the right number. 011 800 3551 3551

I had my Willhill account suspended also. I cleared the casino bonus once, cashed out and was suspended immediatly after that. No response after trying to e-mail CS several times. I tried the same phone number and was unable to get through.. that was 4 months ago and I am still suspended.. Good luck.

Thanks for your help. Please post an email address for their support so that I can get through to them, their site won't let me access their crappy proprietary email system.

Have played there since the beginning of the year...have had no problems...Im American, and I usually get my cashouts in a couple of days max...

As far as closing up shop, no way...Will Hill is a huge sportsbook in the UK...

Best thing would be to stay persistent...

They never answer email. Never ever. You must call them during UK business hours. I found a number on bonuswhores when the same thing happened to me. Account locked by "security". They asked no question and requested no documents. Had to call back when they didn't reactivate it.

yes WH support sucks pretty hard - huge contrast with other UK sites like bet365 which is very good

I can't understand why anyone would frequent sites like this, that seems to want to make you jump thru mega-hoops to get your own money. Sounds like it's just one step away from just closing shop and skipping town. Are you guys really that desperate for that $100 bonus to put up with this?

Back to the original point, however, if anyone can tell me how I can get hold of a human being there I would be much obliged. Try calling that number maybe, see if you can get through and it's my problem some how.
