This is a push/fold right?

This is the final table of a 20+2 on FT and I've been watching the villian steal occasionally with weak holdings. In the below, his minraise to me got me nervous and I started to wonder if this time he really had a hand. I think the obvious play here is to push, not double his raise, but I of course did the latter.

I'm giving him ~3.5:1 with my raise which is likely why he called, but I was thinking that despite that, he'd likely fold a weak holding given my raise was 1/3 of my stack.

At times I am thinking I really dorked up preflop, and should have let it go on the flop (I only bet 1/3 of my stack so that I might get away from it), but at the same time figured I'd pick the pot up on the flop if he didn't have a King, and worst case had some weak draws.

Most ppl just push here preflop?
