Sometimes you can't leave, say at a B&M. Sometime the fish you've got position on is good enough that you'd rather play vs. him and just deal with the tags in other spots.

I think there's some value to learning to play against good players, and thinking "bad table run for the hills" is non-awesome. (this is also because I view all poker as learning and don't do crazy [censored] like play for a living).

Often raising? If it's 3-bet before it gets to me and I still want to play I cap every time. I can't think of any scenario where I call 3 bets cold in position. That's just me though.
