Villain is a good player: 12/8/4 over 140 hands. (BTW, whereas I've found Party 2/4 to be even easier than Party 1/2, I've noticed the quality of play went up significantly when I moved from Pokerroom 1/2 to Pokerroom 2/4.)
2 Questions
1. Should I have bet the flop into the PFRer hoping to be able to 3-bet it? My thought was that, since it was practically heads up (MP1 is particularly LP), I didn't want to tip my hand too early on an uncoordinated rainbow flop. I planned to (and was able to) checkraise the turn if it looked like a blank.
2. When the A came on the river, I was tempted to attempt another c/r, but I had just c/red the turn, so I bet it out hoping for (and getting) the raise.

Sorry, but this is mainly just a brag post since it's (so far) the biggest pot of my nascent career. (In $ terms, that is. I actually won a 31.5BB pot at Party 1/2 with--guess which hand?--pocket 99.)

cap the turn in hand 2 and lead the river. its like 4 or 5 more BBs.
