Why do you raise the turn after a bettor and a caller?
And after the river is checked to you why don't you bet then?

Just curious -

Obviously you're raising a K/J/8 on the turn, unless its a third club and UTG beats you to it.
And I assume you're folding to an A/Q if anyone continues to show strength.
What about everything else?

I like it all except I bet the river. BB rates to have a worse jack and the other guy is likely to have a draw, though sometimes he'll have a better jack or a weaker made hand.

Preflop is loose, but the rest is fine.

I like PF, flop and turn...I assume you're folding to a turn 3-bet? I like taking the free showdown here on the river, although its pretty close. I think when called by BB on the river here you are behind a majority of the time, but when BB calls w/ a worse hand or folds, UTG might call w/a weaker J, a 9, or a pocket pair.

Ummm... what???

BB raised preflop and you're putting him on a worse jack? Not to mention that Hero's 8 kicker doesn't even play on this board, so if the BB does hold the improbable J2-J7 you're chopping with him anyway.

Now, if you meant to say that he has a worse hand than a jack (such as TT) that he will call a river bet with, then yes, your argument is reasonable.

Personally, I like the way this hand was played.

NM, I misread the pre flop action. Well played.
