Default John Gale

What are your thoughts on this player? He's having a good year and he's a "rookie", so to speak. From what I've seen I'm very impressed with his poise, demeanor, manners, and skill level. I wish him luck and would love to see him play more often.

Seems like a very nice man from everything I've seen on the TV. Does like hugging other guys a lot, as well.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Apparently he's a huge smoker and hugger.

If by "breath of fresh air", you mean an old genteel european guy that hugs his opponents in all-in confrontations, then yes?

If I was all in at a final table of a WSOP/WPT event and some old ass english man put his arms around me....no doubt I get the f-bomb penalty.

Had dinner with him after Fossilman was bumped from the ME, very nice gentleman. No, I didn't get a hug...although I wouldn't have minded one from his female companion.

I love the guy's attitude and disposition at the table. Seems like a decent player. Just a bit too touchy/feely which might be typical for Europeans but (in general) American men are uncomfortable with that.
