Isn't this variation of the penguin game far too luck based in terms of when you hit the mines, unless you become completely obsessed with it to the point of knowing exactly where each mine is and how far the penguin is going to bounce, which undoubtedly someone in OOT is going to do and then own everyone?

I don't know, I haven't played it much, but I hope not because what I do know is that in any game where the outcome is randomly decided, skill has no bearing on who does the best.
