I smell a checkraise.
Villain is loose and passive but check-raises pretty frequently for someone so loose. 52/6/.7 over 321 hands w/ a 2.8 CR%.

looks like a worse A that got scawed you were gonna raise him (i assume you were)... bet it! checking this one is giving up too much value.
if you get checkraised i agree that is strength and you are looking at 44/A8.
