With no reads, I like raising this hand preflop (with reads I probably still like raising here).

There's really nothing else you can do differently. If you have some sort of read you might be able to call the river, but since you didn't post any I'm going to assume they are all unknowns, and against unknowns I can't justify a river call. It would have to be some pretty interesting reads to come close to justifying a call though.
