Poker Tracker Rake

Hi

3 Questions:

On PT, when u go to GameNotes in the Rake Column

1) As I scroll down my hands, I notice some of them have a negative rake.....why is that?
2) The max rake at any table I play at is $3.....yet I see there are 2 hands in which I played where the rake was $13 and $12 respectively....why?
3)the Rake column is onluy wide enough for 3 digits so i cant see what the total is on the bottom. Is there a way to expand the width ?
