If I don't have the diamonds I agree, but in this situation I raise the turn.

We have no knowledge of what these players behind us on the flop are calling with PF. For that reason, I'd like to make it -EV for them to call with a gutshot or a split pair. The FF is nice, but not enough to allow players to continue imo.
