Default You crazy but....

Although I think charging a fee would be just crazy.(for players and from a business perspective), I think as far as wanting to get some junk off of the forums, they could do something like not allow posters to post in certain sections until they had like 100 posts or something. (example: less than 100 posts only allowed to post in beginners section or something)- just a random example. Something like this could help clean up some of the garbage and consecutive posts about the same subjects over and over again. A fee would hurt everyone involved.

ANY TIME FREE THINGS COME YOUR WAY...DONT TRY TO PAY FOR THEM....you can pay me to respond to threads if you dont think there are enough serious responses

I'm not sure this would get the result you want. If somebody wants to pay the fee just to read, and they think the information is worth the money, but don't want to post, paying a fee isn't going to make them post if they don't want to. Charging a fee might weed out some of the spammers and trolls, but I would prefer that this site remain free.
