Default New to Rakeback, Party Questions

I am currently signed up with party, and I am not under an affilitate (when I signed up, I didn't know much about affiliates, bonuses, etc.) Now I'm seeing my error, with no rakeback or additional incentives. I've read that you can close your account and start a new one with little hassle. I was thinking about doing this within the next month, and any advise in addition to what I have read would be awesome.
Things I'm not sure about-
1. I've recently affiliated with Raketherake on a couple of sites, and this seems like a top notch operation. Would anybody consider their snowball offer to be better than an unofficial rakeback?
2. Is there a chance party won't let me resign with them if I shut down my account?
3. Can I still use neteller to cash out with partypoker? Is there a possible way for me to use neteller to deposit once I reopen a partypoker account? (I'm not too keen on using firepay.)

Thanks

There is no RB on Party -- you may or may not be better off with an alternative plan like Snowball although see the other thread about initial problems they had with it in their first month. Will prob improve though. Of course party will let you continue to play...they simply might not give RTR / another affiliate credit for your play if they see yours is just a duplicate account.
