Maybe a LITTLE excessive, but so what if the whole company sees it. In the military you can't hide a damn thing. [censored] doesn't feel terrible for a good reason: he didn't really do anything. He didn't cause the guy to kill himself, he just accelerated the process. Good riddance to anybody that kills themselves anyways. I was fresh out of Marine boot camp and stationed at an Army base for my school. I had just tagged some Air Force girl named Dottie the night before, and she and I were hanging out in the duty hut because I had the barracks duty that night. I get this phone call that some soldier had just killed himself in one of the rooms I was responsible for so I make all the appropriate phone calls and go up to the room. The girl follows me up. Along the way we encounter several people that have also heard about it and are also on their way up to the room. I make several joking statements about how in the Marine Corps we just put enough pressure on the weak ones that they get this crap over with before they finish boot camp so we don't have to deal with it later. We get to the room, and the guy had hung himself in the shower and is all blue. I'm trying to clear the room and notice the girl I was with is crying. Turns out it was her ex-boyfriend that she dumped a couple of days before for me. Oops!
