Ask support, supposedly they tell you.

Generally speaking, you need to keep track yourself at IGM sites.

you can keep track by looking at your player points.

I emailed support for starluck, but used a calculator for planetluck. I didn't have access to my player points, because I never received my email validation code.

Dude, always keep track of it yourself. If you keep pestering support about it, they assume you're a bonus whore.

Here's the best way to do it: open up the windows calculator. Put in the amount of your bets + the same number. Then every time you play a hand just click =.

So if you're betting $10 per hand you put in "10 + 10" after the first hand, then = each hand after that. It will add 10 each time you press =.

That's funny. When I was doing starluck, I must've emailed them over 100 times. Each time I would also comment on how their dealer was able to reach 21, no matter what face up card he had. Their answer: Maybe you should take a break and luck will come back.

To this day, I still get 5$ monthly as well as their monthly reload offers. Not that they're actually worth whoring.

I just ask the live floor person without any problems. However, I also keep a piece of paper and tally marks. SO i only ask 2 or 3 times a bonus

You have to keep track of it yourself. When you finish and attempt to cash out you'll likely get an error message claiming you haven't finished the WR. Send them an email and demand they release your bonus. If you don't keep track of it yourself, they'll basically double the WR for you.

If you go to cashier, and click on the "I-Global Media Button" there is an option there that shows your player points. You can figure out how much you've played based on that. You'll have to first verify your iglobal media rewards using the verification code they sent you in an email, or you can just request another email. Also,if you do all the survey questions (about 21 of them), you'll get about a dollar a question in comp points, and it takes about 5 minutes total to do all of them.
