Pokertracker problem

Hey guys,

I need some help. I've been having no problems with my PT until the last few days...

Whenever I try adding some hands I get a bunch of

'Error getting final hand for player TBallgame in game #92172#####.'

Which's very weird. Can someone help me solve this problem? I'd be much obliged.

Are you playing on Pokerstars? I started getting the same problem last night, after I was asked to upgrade my software.

Have you compared the hand history before this issue and after? I wonder if they changed something around.

As an update, it looks like Pokerstars is now doing something like

That seems to be the issue, but I can't be sure.

you need to get the latest patch that addresses a hand history format change at Stars.
