Default 10/20 hand vs likely 2+2er

Villan is a decent regular. 25/17ish stats or so. I cant remeber any previous encounters where he got out of line. No specific notes.
I raise A10 UTG. Only Villan calls in BB.
Flop
AKQ suits unimportant.
He bets I raise he calls.
Turn 8.
He check raises me I call.
River He bets I fold?
Am I ever good here.

I very much doubt one pair is good here enough to warrant a call.
