Default Some Specific Dealer Questions

I'm moving to Las Vegas in a couple weeks to become a poker dealer. I have gone through school, but have a few questions about things that were not quite clear. If anyone is a dealer or floorperson and would like to respond, that would be great!

What happens if you are dealing out 7th street in a 7 card stud game, and the card exposes? Do you deal around to the rest of the table, and then once everyone has their first card, deal another down card to the player whose card exposed? Similar to what you would do in a hold 'em game where someone's card exposes when you are dealing out the hole cards. Thanks!

Call a floorman. Even if you know the rule, call a floorman to make the decision.

Is this the official stand of the casinos? You don't have to call the floor if you flip over a hole card in a hold 'em game on the deal. Is this any different? I kind of doubt it. If it is that's cool, I just want to know. What would the usual decision be though? To keep dealing around and give the player the final card, or deal the flipped up card back into the deck (doubtful), etc?

In Hold'Em, as long as it is not the first card to the blinds or any card to the button, you keep dealing to the rest of the table. The exposed card becomes the burn card and the burn card goes to the player whose card was exposed. If more than one card is exposed, it is a re-deal.

You should still call the floor when you are first starting to ensure that you are following the rules of the poker room you are dealing in.

This is very different and and must be decided by the floor. If you flip up the first 7th street card the floor should rule that everyone receives 7th street up and whoever was first on 6th street will be first on 7th. If some palyers ahve received a down card and then a card flips up the floor should rule that player has the option of being all-in or of playing 7th street with his card exposed.
