If we are just discussing the river, I say call. If you are ahead and raise, you will most likely shut out BB and UTG and gain two bets from MP1 and MP2. If you are behind to the nut straight or a full house, you are going to lose 3 bets.

Now if you are ahead and just call, you are going to pick up the same two bets from BB and UTG who will, make crying calls most of the time. BB will almost always call after the 3 bets on the turn. If you are behind or there is a checkraise, you lose 1 bet. Call.
