If this thing is for real, at least 3 people involved should go to prison for 20 years. Makes me f'n sick to even see. At first, it looks like some kinda BS setup, because the guy brings his arms up, but the other kid has his legs all tied up it looks like, so maybe he did it because he was in pain and thought the guy would let go or something.
