Default PP: 10/20 AK

Player is typical LAG. How is my line here? was the flop 3-bet too much?

I don't get the flop. I'm not sure if I understand the turn bet. The river looks fine. I just don't think MP1 raises this flop with overcards, and so the 3 bet seems kind of loose. I'm generally a low limit player, so is this kind of thing common at 10/20? If so, could you explain the thought process behind it?

MP1 is a lag, most likely holding two big cards. And since no big cards are bigger than AK, and he would have raised preflop with a big pair, we're probably miles ahead. Good play.

Its ok depending on the player of course. If an unknown it's ok. If he's tight or solid i don't like it. If he's a lose playmaker i like it. Anotherwords its an awkward spot to be in out of position. But if he had a 5 most will wait for later to raise. So either he has a pocket pair, 68, 46 or he's screwing around. So it would seem that there are more chances you have the best hand than not. And you may get him to fold a pocket pair if your seen as a solid player if you 3 bet flop and lead out. Although online not many lay these down. Another good thing about 3 betting the flop is it makes you less predictable. Now they can't just know you have an overpair everytime you 3 bet flop and lead out.

The main reason I 3-bet is that I figured he put me on AK and figured he could take me off the hand, I wanted to represent the high pp so I put in the 3rd bet and lead the turn not expecting a call. Turns out he had QK and was screwing about.
