Live Help - my two cents worth

Just a brief note to put in my two cents worth regarding Live Help and a telephone #: PRICELESS!!!!

In my opinion it is a major flaw for any online poker room to not offer their players Live Help service and to not list a telephone # that gives their players another contact method in case of major problems. I feel it is inconceivable that three of the four mega sites (Poker Stars, Ultimate Bet and Paradise) don't offer this service. Even numerous small sites have the business sense to have this service.

I truly believe that my feelings are shared by most players.

while i agree with you, it is worth noting that:

- often, you will actually get a faster and more accurate response from stars or paradise's email than party's live help

- if you got live help at UB, the only difference is that you would be frustrated by the uselessness of the reply several hours faster

you could always try suggesting this to the sites. then when their business goes up, demand some free stuff.
