Default Gmail - send email message at future time & date?

I am curious if Gmail has the capability to send an email message at a specified time and date in the future.

I need to send an email on 9/26/05 at 8 PM EST but will not be in front of a computer at that time. If it is possible to do this with Gmail or any other email program, please let me know.
