Default How to play AK early in an SNG.

What is the best way to play AK in the early going of a SNG tournament, 30+3dollar tournament 10 handed. Consider these cases:

1)You have AK in hand one of the tournament. You are sitting in first position with 800 chips, blinds 10/15. What is your default move here?

2) Same as previous but now you are UTG+2 and UTG+1 has limped.

3)Same as 1, but you are sitting on the button, and two people has limped before you.

4)How do you play AK when you don't hit the flop, you don't hit the turn...

The reason i ask is because this seems to happen frequently:
I raise quite a lot preflop, misses the flop, and continue bidding on the flop. Now if my opponent calls and i still don't improve on the turn it is likely that i am behind and i end up spending a bunch of chips on this hand..
