Pokerroom put free money in my account

I Just got an email saying a $10 bonus was cleared and now there is mysteriously $20 in my account. I did not deposit nor did anyone I know. Should I email support or just play with the 20 dollars. I was planning on depositing this week anyway. Has this ever happened before to anyone?

It's always good to tell the support about this kind of things, one site has paid neteller withdraw couple of times me twice I told them both times and they took the moneys back. Now after that I have got much better support service, if I email them about some problem they will fix it and once I got too little to neteller after withdraw, immidietly after I emailed them they sent rest of the money + good bonus.

As well as the site fixed me a special rakeback deal without any affiliates or other stuff, even tho im just a small time player.

And no doubt they would have found out the double credited withdraw sooner or later.

I just got 4 (10$) bonuses added this morning between 6:30 and 7:00 am.

I don't know why though. I contacted them. Hopefully, honesty gets me somewhere.

Update:

They just subtracted 16 of the original 40 from my account.

Its labeled as a "correction".

Who knows.

They took out 8 of my 10. Got no email about it.

Looks like they're only taking back 80-85% from each error. Pretty nice of them. I just checked my Transactions screen and it shows Deposits of $100 and $10, and Corrections of -$85 and -$8. I still have a pending $100 bonus that looks like it takes priority over the VENDOR depsoit bonus I'm working on. I think I'll just go ahead and clear it tonight if it's not gone by then.

I got this too. Its a bonus with 400 points pending that needs to be cleared. Empire used to do this too before they had a reload bonus. They force you to clear these 400 hands before you can do the reload. Anyone try to just lose this $10 to see if the pending bonus went away?

I got 6 of these. It says in my account that (at least for the first $10) I need to clear 25 points for it (which is a good deal). I obviously can't tell about the other 5 $10 bonuses.

I got 2 e-mails saying $10 deposit bonuses had been credited to my account. I check my account and no money has been added, but there's now a $100 bonus dollar package listed with 285 points required to clear. Interesting...
