Best Local Beer in your City/Region
Friday and thinking about beer so what is the absloute best local beer you can get where you live that people outside that area may have a hard time getting?
For me it is Saint Arnold Elissa IPA, and the Shiner Dunkel Weizen (winter ale) |

Fat tire. Not really local, but they have it everywhere here and it's not so available in other cities.

Local (as in Nashville/Middle Tenn, not mid-South) the best is likely Yazoo (http://www.yazoobrew.com). Their Dos Perros and Amarillo Pale are their best.

For local beers, I like Brooklyn Brewery. Especially Brooklyn Brown.

Wildcat or Moosehead. Both quite delectable microbrews.

My favorite is Bristol's Laughing Lab. A close second would be 1554.

I'd say New Belgium products, but they are pretty much everywhere if I'm not mistaken.
So I'd have to say Moose Drool from Big Sky Brewing in Montana. |

[/ QUOTE ] Ya, when I wrote "microbrews", I was blatantly lieing. They are both Canadian, 8ish% beers that are usually sold in 40oz. Now Bull Max, on the other hand, is delectable. |
