Personally I found Feeney's book kind of difficult to read; that is, terribly boring.

Schoonmakers book was excellent IMO. If you understand the concepts in Schoonmakers book then there would be no need to buy Feeney's.

Schoonmaker breaks player psychology down to the most basic level. Once you have a firm grasp of your opponents playing style (as well as your own) you can have a better idea on how to approach the game, etc...

Feeney's book just says the above, but he does not lay it out as clinically or intelligently as Schoonmaker.
