Golden Riviera Interface Question

Golden Riviera is my 2nd Prima skin -- have been playing on Bet365. The windows are very much the same with the key difference being what happens to the action buttons.

On both skins, the action buttons are initially in the lower right corner of the window. On Bet365, they stay there, even when it is your turn to act.

On Golden Riveria, when its your turn, the buttons jump to the center of the table below the cards. When multitabling on a laptop with some screen overlap, I managed to accidently click the action buttons a couple of times when it was my turn to act and I was trying to bring the window back to the front to see it.

Is there any config setting to tell the action buttons to stay in the lower right corner of the window?
