That's a joke. Why did you sell it? Was the emergency that urgent that you got rid of all that stuff for 1/10th of it's price. You could've sold everything on eBay and gotten about $500 within a week IMO. [/ QUOTE ] Pawn shops just give you a small loan using your stuff as collateral. You aren't necessarily selling the stuff.

I needed some emergency money one time and tried the pawn shop route. based on that horrible experience, I'm guessing $20?
Edit: $60, you did pretty good! I tried to pawn a newish tv, a gamecube with 5 games, a great stereo all together worth around $1500, they offered me $50 and made a joke about junkies. I told them to go [censored] themselves and they called the cops and said I must have robbed someone's house (obviously, I hadn't, but I look like scumbag so they must have assumed)
