Default NL 3/6 (6 max) with AA

12 hands with Villian. Hasn't gotten out of line. Effective stacks are 600.

Hero raises UTG + 1 to 21 with AA. Villian makes it 60. All fold. Hero calls.

Flop is K Q 4 rainbow. Hero bets 110. Villian calls.

Turn is K. Hero...?

Cool, just checking up. The Check/fold turn is obvious. In my extremely weak/tight days, it was easier. Now, as I'm adding more aggression/trickiness to my game and playing mostly shorthanded, I'm sometimes going overboard to avoid weak plays.
