I got the same email on Sunday night. I'm trying to be patient, since they said it might take a week, but I sure won't be using them for any other casinos until I find out how this works out.

I have emailed them about both Planet and Starluck signs up and haven't heard anything back in weeks.

I'd like to resolve any confusion caused by this email. In the last week of July, we received far more bonus claims for Starluck and Planetluck than we had registered users. Thus, we have to contact the casinos to verify the usernames of everyone who submitted a claim. Previously we had simply matched the number of claims for each day to the number of signups the casinos registered. This was a faster method and let us respond to claims more quickly.

We have received this verification for everyone who got that email, and individual emails will go out tonight or tomorrow morning.
