yes there is a tour de france for women [/ QUOTE ] It's pretty much exactly the same as the regular tour de france except the bicycles don't have that nutbuster bar on the frame.

The triangle is the strongest, structurally, otherwise, you gotta add a ton of weight in construction to make up for the structural compromise.
