This is so frustrating. I've never had such a run of terrible bad beats before in my life when it matters most.

Think of it this way...what was it, like 3500$? You paid 100$. That is roughly a 3400% return on your money. You barely can find that anywhere! My best in the stock market was 297%. Good job, and don't be upset that you didn't get 1st or 2nd. Be happy that you played so incredibly well! Keep it up!

$4400. The final hand was pushing AK from the bb into a donk's button raise. He had K9. He rivered a 9.

Winning that basically would've crippled him to something pathetic enough to knock off easily, then I probably could've destroyed the other guy heads up. They were both ridiculously laggy calling stations.

I'm better now I think. It is a lot of money, but at the same time I can't help regretting what could've been.
