you are misinterpreting, the board appears correct, there are two territories bordering indonesia in that pic it's just that indonesia isn't the block you are thinking it is (only four territories in australia)

I mispoke. Indonesia is one of the 4 territories in Australia. The country that boarders Indonesia is called Siam I think. And then India and China both border Siam. Howver in this version there is only one Asian country bordering Siam.
